What elements do you think are necessary for a good day at work?

Um. So… Setting or having a set of objectives that are achievable within that day, but also contribute to a wider goal. Interaction with others and a measure of progress by the end of the day, either by helping others or others helping me.

Describe your ideal Sunday afternoon.

Oh, tricky one. I haven’t got an ideal one, that’s the thing. So Sunday, so let’s go through it. Out in the morning on the motorbike. Round of golf and then back for food with the family.

What’s your most memorable travel experience?

I think travelling around south, southeast, and west Africa. I think I was about 30 or very slightly older, a 3-week trip. Went to a load of countries, uh, swam in Lake Malawi, swam with dolphins in the Indian Ocean, Zanzibar. But that, just, living on the land, camping by the beach, that would be my most memorable travel experience, I think.

What is a recent piece of media that stuck with you and why?

The Gentlemen, a series by Guy Ritchie. Just the escapism, the whole theatre of it, how it was set up—and the, you know, the drama was very, very catching as well. And music, music played a big part in it and very, very strong characters.

What did you want to be when you grew up?

Always wanted to be an engineer, and probably always wanted just to fix cars, stuff like that, and fix things, basically. Yeah, I wanted to be an engineer.

What menu would you choose for your last meal?

Whoa. Very, very tricky, I reckon. Beef ribs, short beef, short rib beef. Mac and cheese and beer. Belgian lager, maybe. For dessert, I see a cheese board. Just cheese and crackers probably, maybe a pear.

Marmite?

Yes.

Agile or waterfall?

Wagile.

Summer or winter?

Summer.

Kawasaki or Honda?

Honda.
