Our company was founded during a morning bike ride by friends and colleagues Robin Hand and Jon Millar. Having worked in the civil service, they saw a need for a different kind of management consultancy, one that would be more personal, more human, and more focused on improving the day-to-day working lives of hard-working professionals, teams, and service users.
More than ten years on, we still keep to that ethos.
